Test Your Home for Allergens
We are licensed to test for allergens such as dog, cat, dust mites, cockroach, rodent, etc., which can be a factor to allegies, asthma and poor health.
We can test each room or one room at a time, depending upon your needs. This is performed in conjunction with an assessment to determine where and what the most likely source of allergens is thought to be. It is helpful if you already know what you or your loved ones are allergic to, however, when a particular allergen comes back "low, medium or high exposure - as opposed to BDL (below detectable levels)" it is likely to be the "problem" allergen.
For instance, during an assessment of a client's condo, we found a deposit of debris in the supply register of a bedroom he had just moved into. When we tested his matress, rug and bedclothes for allergens, sure enough, the results showed "low exposure" to rat. Without both assessment and testing, we would not have and could not have known what the "debris" was!
