Houston Commercial Building Inspections

Fernando is certified by the ICC for buildings with regard to the International Residential Code.  In addition he holds a journeyman carpenter' certificate for which he spent four year in an apprenticeship program in his early 20s then spent the next 10 years in the commercial building trade.  He is the right man for inspecting commercial buildings.

We have the abiliity and knowledge to diagnose building water problems, roof problems, structure problems, slab problems.  For electrical and HVAC commercial inspections, our inspection team of professional persons licensed in the trades will join us for a thorough investigation of all the building's components.

We also use our B200 infra-red camera for night time vision of the roof surfaces.  We are able to determine where water penetrations are occurring.  

We have helped many businesses and churches get full insurance limits on their hurricane damage with our extensive inspections and reports.
