Pictures of mold's effect on structures:


Poor grading at rear of one story house caused self-flooding to allow mold growth on bedroom walls.		Ongoing leaky bathtub plumbing allowed mold growth to surrounding walls.

Second floor bathroom on-going leaks caused mold growth on the kitchen ceiling below.		Shower leaking into wall of master bathroom.

Roof leak from improper flashing allowing water to run down inside wall of livingroom with resultant mold growth.		Open and poorly taped ductwork to heating/cooling unit in attic allowing attic air into system. This caused mold spores to circulate throughout house.
Evidence of master shower leak on exterior slab.		Mold and condensation on and around registers is often a sign of a duct problem.
