Fernando is a Professional Building and Home Inspector since 1991 In 1973, he began acquiring his Journeyman's Certificate of United Brotherhood of Carpentrs and Joiners of America,  (a four year program), and went on to obtain his residential real estate sales license. He sold new homes in The Woodlands, in 1983. Shortly thereafter, both Wendy and Fernando began a  successful remodeling and home building company  in The Woodlands area, closing it in 2000 to focus soley on inspections.
