• Fernando is licensed by the Texas Department of State Health Services to test for mold and allergens as a Mold Assessment Consultant

Fernando is a Professional Building and Home Inspector since 1991 In 1973, he began acquiring his Journeyman's Certificate of United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America,  (a four year program), and went on to obtain his residential real estate sales license. He sold new homes in The Woodlands, in 1983. Shortly thereafter, both Wendy and Fernando began a  successful remodeling and home building company  in The Woodlands area, closing it in 2000 to focus solely on inspections.

Our experience in remodeling, building and inspecting homes enables us to have knowledge unmatched by other inspectors, and you get three  inspectors for the price of one – and thrice the inspection.
